Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs & Import Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import procedures, or other delays beyond our control. Any delays caused by customs authorities are not the responsibility of our store, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by such circumstances.

Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the carrier attempts to deliver your package for 4 consecutive days and you fail to respond, collect, or arrange delivery with the carrier, we are not responsible for the resulting non-delivery, return, loss, or additional fees.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural events, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
