At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place due to a high number of fraudulent, abusive, and non-genuine return requests that make it difficult to operate fairly and efficiently.

- Size Chart (for apparel and wearable items)
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections when a size chart is provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations

- Personal preference
- Minor variations in color due to screen settings
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Orders where the customer refuses delivery or fails to cooperate with the carrier
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
